My experience at the Fontainebleau Miami was extremely disappointing. The staff was honestly some of the worst I have dealt with. Almost every time we asked for something, the answer was no. They were not helpful, and some of them were outright rude. They got our room wrong from the beginning, and even trying to fix it or discuss an upgrade became an issue. You do not even really know what room you are getting until 4 PM, and then you have to sit around waiting for a text. On top of that, this was the second day they gave us the wrong room. We were supposed to have an ocean view with a balcony, and instead we were stuck in a room with no balcony and a view of the river. This was supposed to be my birthday weekend, and the staff completely ruined the experience with their bad attitude, energy, and behavior. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it. If you want, I can also make it sharper, more elegant, or more Google review style.
Concierge Desk was amazing. I was able to book my reservations at the restaurant La Cote and book Big Bus Tour through Coby.

We moved here following a poor stay 2 doors down and could not have been happier with the reception we had. Nikolaz helped with our reservation and took such great care of us, thank you do much! The pool area is amazing, great for all, lots of loungers, great food and drinks service and water slide for kids.

The services was terrible form the front desk The lady forgot to bring down my luggage and the pool service was also terrible I had to wait 34 minutes with my kids for the waiter to bring the bill .

This hotel has a very lively atmosphere, with a lot of space and options for all ages in terms of pools and so on. Everything was modern and clean, staff was efficient.
The property was very nice, clean and organized. The restaurants on site made it easy to stay on the resort.
Cleanliness, amenities, shops, dining and nightlife
A true resort! You do not need to leave for any reason! Multiple pools, beach, tons of amazing restaurants and it’s clean! I came with friends, but will definitely come back with my husband and kids!
